Watch your thoughts as they dictate your  feelings which in turn lead to a behaviour or action. A healthy lifestyle means leading a life that cultivates contentment, peace of mind, and experiencing happiness and joy. A daily practice of mindfulness helps you to achieve mental wellbeing.

7. Sleep is an extremely important healthy lifestyle

because it refreshes and rejuvenates you. Sleep is needed to be restorative, as it is a time when the body repairs itself.
