What kind of thoughts do you invite? Whatever you invite in, you become. Selfish and self-serving thoughts pave the way for anxiety, fear, and disappointment. Have heaven in your mind and you will see heaven everywhere. Correct your vision first. What you. visualise is what you attract into your life. If. you want to experience heaven then the vision of heaven needs to be on your mind. This will encourage feelings of joy, inspiration, love and peace.  This will replace the feelings of anxiety, fear and disappointment. The actions and behaviours will also change. A transformative life is then experienced.

The question is How? Our thoughts need to belong to the present moment, not those of the past, these are often filled with regret, bring on anxiety, the experience of fear. The practice of mindfulness meditation brings you to the present moment. there is stillness, peace, joy and love in the present moment. The acceptance of “what is ” is so necessary.
