“Hydration is essential to good health and if you are feeling thirsty… you are likely already dehydrated.

To keep your system hydrated, drink plenty of liquids, especially warmer beverages. Consuming adequate fluids supports all your body’s functions including the immune system.

Make soups and broths (from scratch with fresh vegetables is always best) and have them throughout the week. Drink herbal teas like ginger and turmeric tea. Keep a bottle of filtered water with you at all times. Avoid fruit juices, soft drinks and any sweetened beverages, as the sugar content is harmful to the immune system.

Remember your 8 glasses of water a day!”
