Mind Body Medicine Remember the Spirit

The practice of mind body medicine encourage us to embrace the spirit in our daily living “Real spiritual teaching is to remember the spirit—that we’ve each come to play a part and we are all playing differently, yet we are one. When you have spiritual vision, you can see that you are not different.

We are all interconnected, hence our being has a great impact on others around us without us saying or doing anything.

Therefore it is better to concentrate on our being rather than our doing. Daily practice of mindfulness meditation, breathing  techniques that access our subconscious mind will bring. us to that sublime state of being.

It is important to realise that we are in essence spiritual beings having a human experience. Life challenges and events teach us to become better human beings.  Living a non reactive life will help us to operate from the spirit
