Mr Girish Raniga

Mindfulness Coach

B.Com;  Dip.in Acc;  ACA;  CA(SA);  Cert.IV Life Coach. (Executive) (Health & Wellness)

Girish completed his B.Com (Hons) degree at the University of Durban Westville in 1979, having served his articles with Goldby, Compton & Mackelvie (Associate of Touche Ross). He then immigrated to Australia where he qualified as a chartered accountant, and spent the next 30 years in this industry. Specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions, Girish gained vast international experience in corporate finance, having worked in South Africa, Australia, the United Kingdom and Central Africa.

Having witnessed firsthand the pressures and stress that the corporate environment imposes on people, he began to explore techniques and methods to handle this problem. Girish decided to expand his studies in the field of stress management and corporate wellness, and is now a fully qualified professional life coach. Coaching is not new to Girish. He was a South African provincial (Natal) tennis champion in his youth, and in his twenties he captained the Natal inter-provincial team for many years and coached hundreds of scholars.

Drawing on this experience and his corporate background, Girish established an Integrative Coaching Programme, which offers:

  • Personal Coaching
  • Health & Wellness Coaching
  • Corporate Coaching
  • Stress Management workshops for both individuals and corporates.

The programme incorporates positive change motivation and uses such tools as Breathwork, Mindfulness meditation and relaxation techniques.

A passionate advocate of this Integrative Coaching Programme, Girish has done several public presentations and runs workshops on life transforming topics, and is a sought after guest speaker who inspires others on their journey to wellness and elevated consciousness.
